Payment

Dr. Bello is not contracted with any insurance companies.  Receipts are provided to clients to submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent upon your coverage .  Clients are responsible for payment at the time of the service. 

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Failure to do so results in a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of a full session.
